In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add brown rice and salt.

Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 40 minutes or until rice is tender.

Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.

In a separate bowl, mix lime juice and chopped cilantro.

Fluff the rice with a fork and pour the lime-cilantro mixture over it.

Stir well to combine.
