Ingredients
  • 200 gram Dark chocolate
  • 4 teaspoon Coconut oil
  • 4 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoon Flaxseed meal
  • 6 tablespoon Water
  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 3 tablespoon Cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 cup Walnuts
  • 1 cup Dark chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil together.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, flaxseed meal, and water. Let it sit for a few minutes to thicken.
  4. Add the melted chocolate mixture to the flaxseed mixture and stir well.
  5. In another bowl, combine the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until well combined.
  7. Fold in the walnuts and dark chocolate chips.
  8. Pour the batter into the greased baking dish and smooth the top.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  10. Allow the brownies to cool in the baking dish for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  11. Cut into squares and serve.
