Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup Ripe bananas
  • 1 cup Oats
  • 3 tablespoon Cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 tablespoon Honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup Almond milk
  • 1/4 cup Dark chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a blender, blend the ripe bananas until smooth. In a large bowl, combine the blended bananas, oats, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and almond milk. Mix well. Fold in the dark chocolate chips. Grease a muffin tin or line with muffin liners. Pour the batter evenly into the muffin cups. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow the muffins to cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy!
