Ingredients
  • 4 piece Whole Wheat Wraps
  • 200 gram Grilled Chicken
  • 2 cup Mixed Salad Greens
  • 8 piece Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 piece Cucumber
  • 1 piece Red Onion
  • 1 piece Avocado
  • 4 tablespoon Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper to make the dressing.
  2. Slice the grilled chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and avocado.
  3. Lay out the whole wheat wraps and spread a spoonful of the dressing on each wrap.
  4. Add a handful of mixed salad greens on top of the dressing.
  5. Arrange the sliced grilled chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and avocado on top of the salad greens.
  6. Roll up the wraps tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
  7. Serve the wraps immediately or wrap them in foil for later. Enjoy!
