  • 4 medium-sized Potatoes
  • 4 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 4 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 sprig Fresh rosemary
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Slice the potatoes thinly, leaving the bottom intact.
  3. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the potatoes.
  5. Insert a slice of garlic between each potato slice.
  6. Sprinkle salt, black pepper, and fresh rosemary over the potatoes.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes, until crispy and golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
