  • 3 cup Oats
  • 1 cup Almonds
  • 1 cup Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1 cup Sunflower Seeds
  • 1 cup Dried Cranberries
  • 4 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, dried cranberries, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In a small saucepan, heat honey, coconut oil, and vanilla extract until melted.
  4. Pour the honey mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  5. Press the mixture firmly into a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool in the baking dish for 15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  8. Once completely cooled, cut into squares.
  9. Let the squares rest at room temperature for 1 hour to allow them to firm up.
  10. Serve and enjoy!
