Ingredients
  • 1 can Chickpeas
  • 2 tablespoon Tahini
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Harissa paste
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Water
Instructions
  1. Drain and rinse the chickpeas.
  2. In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, harissa paste, cumin powder, salt, and water.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. If needed, adjust the consistency by adding more water.
  5. Transfer the hummus to a serving dish.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle some harissa paste on top.
  7. Serve with pita bread or vegetable sticks.
