Ingredients
  • 1 head Cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon Harissa paste
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Trim the leaves off the cauliflower head and cut it into 1-inch thick slices, resembling steaks.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, harissa paste, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Brush both sides of the cauliflower steaks with the harissa mixture.
  5. Place the cauliflower steaks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
