Ingredients
  • 300 gram Haricots verts
  • 200 gram Mushrooms
  • 50 gram Currants
  • 30 gram Sunflower seeds
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and blanch the haricots verts for 3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Add mushrooms to the skillet and cook until golden brown.
  4. Add blanched haricots verts, currants, sunflower seeds, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.
  5. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  6. Serve hot as a side dish.
