Ingredients
  • 3 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon Rainbow sprinkles
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the buttermilk, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in the rainbow sprinkles.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Remove from the oven and let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  8. Slice and serve.
