  • 4 ounce Vegan Cream Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley
  • 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the pitted black olives in half lengthwise.
  3. Fill each olive half with vegan cream cheese.
  4. Cut the red bell pepper into small triangles.
  5. Insert a red bell pepper triangle into the cream cheese of each olive half, creating the 'eye' effect.
  6. Place the prepared olives on a baking sheet.
