Ingredients
  • 2 medium-sized Zucchini
  • 2 medium-sized Yellow Squash
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 8 leaves Fresh Basil
Instructions
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Slice the zucchini and yellow squash into 1/4-inch thick rounds.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Brush both sides of the zucchini and yellow squash slices with the olive oil mixture.
  5. Place the slices on the grill and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, until tender and grill marks appear.
  6. Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
