Ingredients
  • 4 cup Watermelon
  • 2 cup Arugula
  • 2 ounce Feta Cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Mint Leaves
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Cut the watermelon into thick slices.
  3. Place the watermelon slices on the grill and cook for about 2 minutes on each side, until grill marks appear.
  4. Remove the watermelon slices from the grill and let them cool.
  5. Cut the grilled watermelon into bite-sized cubes.
  6. In a large bowl, combine the grilled watermelon, arugula, feta cheese, mint leaves, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
  7. Toss gently to combine all the ingredients.
