  • 200 gram Bell peppers
  • 200 gram Zucchini
  • 200 gram Eggplant
  • 150 gram Cherry tomatoes
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoon Lemon juice
Instructions
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Cut the bell peppers, zucchini, and eggplant into thick slices.
