  • 200 gram Zucchini
  • 200 gram Eggplant
  • 150 gram Red onion
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
