  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
Instructions
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Wash and scrub the potatoes, then slice them into 1/4-inch thick rounds.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  4. Brush both sides of the potato slices with the oil mixture.
  5. Place the potato slices on the preheated grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes per side, or until they are tender and lightly charred.
  6. Remove the grilled potatoes from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
