  • 2 medium Bell Peppers

  • 1 cup(s) Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 4 ounce(s) Feta Cheese
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Salt

Instructions
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine the mixed greens, bell peppers, red onion, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
  5. Place the salad on the grill and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, until lightly charred.
  6. Remove from the grill and crumble feta cheese over the top.
  7. Let the salad rest for 5 minutes before serving.
