  • 16 ounce Portobello mushrooms
  • 2 medium Shallots
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoon Fresh rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, Dijon mustard, fresh rosemary, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Brush the mushroom caps and shallots with the olive oil mixture.
