Ingredients
  • 250 gram Button mushrooms
  • 200 gram Zucchini
  • 150 gram Bell peppers
  • 100 gram Red onion
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh herbs (such as thyme, rosemary, basil)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the grill.
  2. Clean and slice the mushrooms, zucchini, bell peppers, and red onion.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, fresh herbs, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add the sliced vegetables to the bowl and toss until well coated.
  5. Thread the vegetables onto skewers.
  6. Grill the skewers over medium heat for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the vegetables are tender and lightly charred.
  7. Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
