Ingredients
  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 2 teaspoon Fresh Ginger
  • 4 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Parsley
Instructions
  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into thick slices.
  3. Grate the fresh ginger.
  4. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, grated ginger, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Add the potato slices to the bowl and toss them until well coated.
  6. Tear off four large sheets of aluminum foil.
  7. Divide the potato mixture equally among the foil sheets.
  8. Fold the foil over the potatoes and seal the edges to create individual packets.
  9. Place the foil packets on the preheated grill.
  10. Grill for about 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
  11. Carefully remove the foil packets from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  12. Open the foil packets, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve hot.
