  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 2 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Parsley
Instructions
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Wash and scrub the potatoes. Cut the potatoes into wedges. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss until well coated. Place the potato wedges on the grill and cook for about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are golden brown and crispy.
