  • 2 pound Potatoes
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. Wash and dry the potatoes.
  3. Cut the potatoes into thick slices.
  4. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  5. Add the potato slices to the bowl and toss until well coated.
  6. Place the potato slices on the grill and cook for about 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Remove the potato slices from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
