Ingredients
  • 500 gram Sweet potatoes
  • 500 gram White potatoes
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Wash and peel the sweet potatoes and white potatoes.
  3. Cut the potatoes into thick fries.
  4. In a large bowl, toss the potato fries with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Place the potato fries on the grill grates and cook for about 10-15 minutes, flipping occasionally, until they are golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove the fries from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Serve the grilled 2-potato fries hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
