Ingredients
  • 2 cup Green peas
  • 2 medium Zucchini
  • 1 small Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 4 cup Vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh basil leaves
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  2. Add diced zucchini and green peas to the pot. Cook for about 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  3. Pour in vegetable broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Use an immersion blender or transfer the soup to a blender to puree until smooth.
