Ingredients
  • 200 gram Green Papaya
  • 100 gram Carrot
  • 100 gram Cherry Tomatoes
  • 50 gram Green Beans
  • 50 gram Roasted Peanuts
  • 2 teaspoon Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Palm Sugar
  • 1 piece Thai Chili
  • 1 clove Garlic
Instructions
  1. Peel and shred the green papaya and carrot.
  2. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
  3. Blanch the green beans in boiling water for 2 minutes, then transfer to ice water to cool.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the green papaya, carrot, cherry tomatoes, green beans, and roasted peanuts.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together the lime juice, fish sauce, palm sugar, Thai chili, and garlic.
  6. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well to combine.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
