  • 2 cup Mixed salad greens
  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 1 small Green apple
  • 1 ripe Avocado
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 1 juice of Lime
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • to taste Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Wash and dry the salad greens.
  2. Peel and dice the cucumber.
  3. Core and dice the green apple.
  4. Peel and slice the avocado.
  5. Thinly slice the red onion.
  6. In a large bowl, combine the salad greens, cucumber, green apple, avocado, and red onion.
  7. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, honey, salt, and black pepper.
  8. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
