  • 200 gram Avocado
  • 100 gram Fresh spinach
  • 20 gram Fresh basil leaves
  • 1 piece Garlic clove
  • 2 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper
Instructions
  1. In a blender, combine avocado, fresh spinach, fresh basil leaves, garlic clove, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  4. Serve with your favorite veggies or tortilla chips.
