Ingredients
  • 400 gram Potatoes
  • 300 gram Cabbage
  • 200 gram Spinach
  • 100 gram Green onions
  • 50 gram Dill
  • 4 teaspoon Sour cream
  • 4 cup Vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Peel and dice the potatoes.
  2. Shred the cabbage.
  3. In a large pot, heat the olive oil and sauté the green onions until softened.
  4. Add the potatoes and cabbage to the pot and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
  7. Add the spinach and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  8. Season with salt and black pepper.
  9. Serve hot with a dollop of sour cream and garnish with fresh dill.
