Ingredients
  • 500 gram Green beans
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Trim the ends of the green beans.
  2. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and blanch the green beans for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp. Drain and set aside.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the blanched green beans to the skillet and season with salt and black pepper. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until the green beans are coated in the garlic-infused oil and heated through.
  5. Serve hot as a side dish.
