Ingredients
  • 500 gram Green Beans
  • 1 cup White Wine
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the green beans and cook for 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the white wine, garlic, olive oil, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the green beans and pour the vinaigrette over them. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the beans are coated and heated through.
  4. Remove from heat and let the beans rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  5. Serve the green beans with the vinaigrette as a side dish.
