Ingredients
  • 400 gram Green Beans
  • 4 piece Shallots
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Trim the ends of the green beans and blanch them in boiling salted water for 3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Peel and thinly slice the shallots.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the shallots and sauté until golden brown.
  4. Add the blanched green beans to the skillet and season with salt and black pepper. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Serve hot as a side dish.
