  • 400 gram Green beans
  • 2 piece Shallots
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the green beans and cook until crisp-tender, about 4-5 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.
