Ingredients
  • 400 gram Green Beans
  • 1 piece Orange
  • 1 bunch Coriander
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Trim the ends of the green beans and blanch them in boiling water for 3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Peel the orange and separate into segments.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add the blanched green beans to the pan and sauté for 2 minutes.
  5. Add orange segments, coriander, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
  6. Cook for another 2 minutes until the flavors combine.
  7. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
