Ingredients
  • 500 gram Green Beans
  • 200 gram Mushrooms
  • 100 gram Onion
  • 50 gram Breadcrumbs
  • 2 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Trim the ends of the green beans and blanch them in boiling water for 3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. Slice the mushrooms and mince the garlic.
  4. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the mushrooms and garlic until golden brown.
  5. In a separate pan, heat a teaspoon of olive oil and add the breadcrumbs. Toast them until golden brown.
  6. Finely chop the onion and mix it with the toasted breadcrumbs.
  7. Place the green beans and sautéed mushrooms in a baking dish. Season with salt and black pepper.
  8. Sprinkle the onion breadcrumb mixture over the top.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the breadcrumbs are crispy.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy!
