Ingredients
  • 300 gram Green Beans
  • 50 gram Almonds
  • 2 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Trim the ends of the green beans and blanch them in boiling water for 3-4 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add the blanched green beans to the pan and sauté for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add almonds, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to the pan. Stir well to combine.
  5. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the almonds are toasted and the green beans are tender.
  6. Serve hot as a side dish.
