  • 300 gram Green Beans
  • 1 cup Fennel Bulb
  • 2 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Trim the ends of the green beans and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Slice the fennel bulb thinly.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add the green beans and fennel to the pan and sauté for 5 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper.
  6. Cover the pan and cook for another 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  7. Drizzle lemon juice over the vegetables before serving.
