Ingredients
  • 500 gram Green Beans
  • 2 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
Instructions
  1. Trim the ends of the green beans and wash them.
  2. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add salt.
  3. Add the green beans to the boiling water and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  4. Drain the green beans and immediately transfer them to a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process.
  5. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  6. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  7. Add the blanched green beans to the skillet and sauté for another 2-3 minutes, until heated through.
  8. Season with salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
  9. Toss everything together until well combined.
