Ingredients
  • 300 gram Green beans
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup Vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Trim the ends of the green beans and blanch them in boiling water for 3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chopped onions and minced garlic. Cook until onions are translucent.
  3. Add blanched green beans to the pan and stir well.
  4. Pour vegetable broth into the pan and season with salt and black pepper.
  5. Reduce the heat to low, cover the pan, and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Serve hot as a side dish.
