Ingredients
  • 16 ounce Green beans
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Trim the ends of the green beans and blanch them in boiling water for 3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and chopped onion. Sauté until fragrant and golden brown.
  3. Add the blanched green beans and diced tomato to the pan. Season with salt and black pepper.
