  • 500 gram Green Beans
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 medium Tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Parsley
Instructions
  1. Trim the ends of the green beans and blanch them in boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onions and minced garlic, and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add diced tomatoes, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes until the tomatoes soften.
  4. Add the blanched green beans to the skillet and stir well to coat them with the tomato mixture. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Drizzle lemon juice over the green beans and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
  6. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  7. Serve hot as a main course or as a side dish.
