Ingredients
  • 200 grams Green Beans
  • 300 grams Tomatoes
  • 50 grams Red Onion
  • 3 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 10 leaves Fresh Basil
  • 1 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Boil the green beans in salted water for 3 minutes.
  2. Drain and rinse the beans with cold water.
  3. Slice the tomatoes and red onion.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, Dijon mustard, olive oil, salt, and black pepper to make the vinaigrette.
  5. In a salad bowl, combine the green beans, tomatoes, red onion, and vinaigrette.
  6. Toss well to coat.
  7. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
  8. Serve chilled.
