Ingredients
  • 250 gram Green beans
  • 1 cup Corn kernels
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 0.5 cup Fresh basil leaves
  • 0.25 cup Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the green beans and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the green beans, corn kernels, cherry tomatoes, fresh basil leaves, and red onion.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
