Ingredients
  • 300 gram Green beans
  • 200 gram Cherry tomatoes
  • 50 gram Red onion
  • 100 gram Feta cheese
  • 20 gram Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Bring a pot of water to boil and blanch the green beans for 3-4 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the blanched green beans, cherry tomatoes, sliced red onion, crumbled feta cheese, and torn basil leaves.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to make the dressing.
  4. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat.
  5. Let the salad marinate for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
