Ingredients
  • 250 gram Green beans
  • 1 piece Red bell pepper
  • 1 piece Yellow bell pepper
  • 1 piece Red onion
  • 150 gram Cherry tomatoes
  • 20 gram Fresh parsley
  • 2 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Boil the green beans until tender. Drain and set aside.
  2. Slice the red and yellow bell peppers into thin strips.
  3. Finely chop the red onion and fresh parsley.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the cooked green beans, sliced bell peppers, chopped red onion, cherry tomatoes, and fresh parsley.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
