  • 200 gram Green Beans
  • 200 gram Chickpeas
  • 250 gram Cherry Tomatoes
  • 50 gram Red Onion
  • 20 gram Fresh Parsley
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 3 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Blanch the green beans in boiling water for 3-4 minutes, then transfer them to a bowl of ice water to cool. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the green beans, chickpeas, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and fresh parsley.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper to make the dressing.
