  • 200 gram Green beans
  • 250 gram Cherry tomatoes
  • 50 gram Red onion
  • 20 gram Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 teaspoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the green beans and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the green beans, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and fresh basil leaves.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
