Ingredients
  • 250 gram Green beans
  • 1 piece Bell pepper
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 piece Red onion
  • 100 gram Feta cheese
  • 0.5 cup Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Boil the green beans for 5 minutes until tender-crisp. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. Slice the bell pepper and red onion. Halve the cherry tomatoes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the green beans, bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, red onion, feta cheese, and fresh basil leaves.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
