Ingredients
  • 250 gram Green Beans
  • 8 ounce Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Red Onion
  • 2 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Bring a pot of water to boil and blanch the green beans for 3 minutes.
  2. Drain and rinse the green beans with cold water to stop the cooking process.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the blanched green beans, cherry tomatoes (halved), and thinly sliced red onion.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  6. Let the salad sit for a few minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
