Ingredients
  • 16 ounce Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Cucumber
  • 1/4 cup Red onion
  • 1/4 cup Kalamata olives
  • 2 ounce Feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Cut the tomatoes into wedges and place them in a large bowl.
  2. Peel and dice the cucumber, then add it to the bowl.
  3. Thinly slice the red onion and add it to the bowl.
  4. Add the Kalamata olives and crumbled feta cheese to the bowl.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  7. Let the salad rest for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
