Ingredients
  • 300 gram Green beans
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. Trim the ends of the green beans and blanch them in boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for 1 minute.
  3. Add the blanched green beans to the wok and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
  4. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and sugar. Pour the sauce over the green beans and stir-fry for another minute.
  5. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  6. Serve hot as a main dish or as a side dish with steamed rice.
